The Project:
To support the launch of the Too Faced Hangover Setting Spray, the marketing team was challenged to develop a hero video that broke through the noise and brought the product to life in an unexpected way. Leveraging our strong relationship with global influencer Mariale, we cast her as the star of a Telenovela-inspired comedy skit, alongside Too Faced co-founder Jerrod Blandino. The playful, over-the-top storyline tapped into the “Hangover” product theme, delivering a culturally resonant, highly shareable piece of content that made a bold entrance into the market and captured the brand’s fun, fearless personality.
My Role: End-to-End Production Management
Pre-Production:
• Collaborated on concept and script development
• Built production timeline and managed logistics
• Secured talent and coordinated with internal stakeholders
• Oversaw casting, location, wardrobe, and prop planning
On-Set Production:
• Acted as on-site producer to manage shoot flow
• Directed talent and ensured brand consistency on camera
• Liaised between client, crew, and talent to stay on schedule
Post-Production:
• Led feedback rounds with editors and creative teams
• Directed on-screen graphics, copy, and music
• Managed final approvals and asset delivery across platforms
