At The Brand Amp, I led day-to-day organic social media strategy and execution for Carl’s Jr., overseeing content and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter. I owned the process end-to-end, ensuring every touchpoint reflected the brand’s bold voice and resonated with its highlyengaged audience. Key responsibilities included:
 

  • Campaign Ideation: Developed social-first campaign concepts that aligned with brand objectives, seasonal moments, and trending cultural conversations.

  • Content Planning: Drafted monthly content calendars, mapping out static, video, and reactive content tailored to each platform.

  • Community Management: Actively engaged with Carl’s Jr.’s community in-platform, managing responses, monitoring sentiment, and amplifying fan culture.

  • Content Creation: Shot original photo and video content in-house, capturing mouthwatering food visuals and playful brand moments that performed organically.

  • Client Collaboration: Led and participated in weekly brainstorms with the client and internal account leads to pitch new ideas and align on priorities.

  • Reporting: Compiled and presented comprehensive performance reports, highlighting key wins, audience insights, and platform optimizations.
